		<description><![CDATA[I’m not sure what site I was on today, but I ran across this website, Alltop.com.  They explain it as an ‘Online magazine rack for your favorite topics”.  I went to check it out and, at first glance, it looks like a directory for top RSS feeds broken down by category.
