What is Alltop?

I’m not sure what site I was on today, but I ran across this website, Alltop.com.  They explain it as an ‘Online magazine rack for your favorite topics”.  I went to check it out and, at first glance, it looks like a directory for top RSS feeds broken down by category.

Interesting concept.

The part I like, at least at this point, is the preview you get when you mouse over a given link.  I’m not sure how this differs from just searching Google, but time will tell.  If anyone has used it and has any feedback I would love to hear what you think!
